No. Centipid works with your existing WiFi hardware — MikroTik, Ubiquiti UniFi, Cisco Meraki, TP-Link, and most other commercial-grade routers. Our team configures your router remotely. You don't need to buy anything new.

Your data is yours. On cancellation, you can export your full customer list (emails, phones, visit history) as a CSV before your account closes. We retain your data for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind, then it's permanently deleted from our servers.
Yes. Every Centipid captive portal includes an explicit opt-in consent flow that customers must complete before their data is stored. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. No health data is stored. You can export or delete any customer's data at any time from the dashboard.
