Paying annually gives you approximately 20% off the monthly price across all plans. Starter goes from $50 to $40/mo (billed $480/yr instead of $600/yr). Professional goes from $199 to $160/mo (billed $1,920/yr instead of $2,388/yr). Scale goes from $389 to $311/mo (billed $3,732/yr instead of $4,668/yr).

Yes. Centipid supports payment via M-Pesa (KES), Paystack (NGN), Flutterwave (GHS, UGX), and card payments in any currency. Local bank transfer options are available on Professional and Scale plans. Contact our team if you need a custom payment arrangement.

Your WiFi continues to work normally — your customers won't notice anything. We'll send you an email notification when you reach 80% of your limit and let you know your options. You can upgrade your plan at any time (prorated billing) or purchase a top-up bundle for that month. We never cut your service off unexpectedly.

Yes. Every Centipid portal includes GDPR-compliant opt-in consent flows — customers explicitly consent to marketing contact before their data is stored. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. You can export or delete all customer data at any time. We never sell or share your customers' data with third parties.

Most customers are live within 24 hours of signing up. After you complete registration, our team contacts you to configure your router remotely. You design your portal (logo, colours, message) in our visual editor — it takes about 10 minutes. Once configured, your captive portal is live and collecting leads immediately.

SMS campaigns are included from Starter Plus upward. WhatsApp campaigns are included from Professional upward. The plans include generous SMS sends per month — high-volume senders on Scale or Enterprise plans get bulk rate pricing. Exact SMS allowances by plan are shown in your account dashboard after signup.
